DEMO - day 2 - Social Networks

We're back. The morning session is about social networking capabilities. There was FamilyBuilder - I was out getting coffee and missed it, but stopped by their booth yesterday. Interesting family site.

Giftag just went - you can build an on-line gift registry from multiple sites and share with friends. Could be useful, esp with sites that don't have registries.

I really liked TravelMuse- I didn't get a chance to go to their booth - oh, station. You can create your own page, plan your vacation day-by-day, and share with friends - either friends traveling with you or friends who are going/have gone to the same destination and you want to share recommendations. The cool part is the early planning - you can say who is going, when, for how long, how long you are willing to fly, and your budget and it returns suggestions - great for when you want to get away but don't know where to. Will look at it and hope that I get to go somewhere soon!
